POSITION SUMMARY

Coordinate total nursing care for the perioperative patient by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating. Circulates and scrubs during surgical operating room cases. Participates in patient and family teaching. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary, nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the surgical setting. •Multi-specialty experience a plus.

SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

(MINIMUM): Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, maintains a current New York State Professional license. Prior Operating Room experience required and/or perioperative nursing course. CNOR Certification a plus. •First shift Monday-Friday; no on-call, weekends or major holidays required. Position comes with a full benefit package. Join our dynamic team of professionals today!
