Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking abilities ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required Proficient with electronic medical records and documentation Demonstrated ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure

Responsibilities:

Provide immediate and effective nursing care to patients with acute and emergent conditions Quickly assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and implement interventions according to hospital protocols Administer medications, initiate IVs, and assist with advanced procedures Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and families to support optimal patient outcomes Respond promptly to codes, traumas, and other critical events Ensure a strong focus on safety, patient advocacy, and compassion throughout the shift Maintain accurate documentation of care, interventions, and observations
