• Part-time, Full-time Roselawn Gardens is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated nursing team on the afternoon shift (2:00 PM
• 10:00 PM) .

Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Assess residents' conditions and respond to changes in health status Supervise and support LPNs and STNAs Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Participate in shift report, care conferences, and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Current and valid Ohio RN license CPR certification required Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Benefits Daily Pay options available Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Employee recognition programs Supportive management team and positive work environment
