Part-Time Public Health Nurse Pay Rate:

Commensurate on experience and qualifications General description of the job: Administers immunizations to children and adults, performs newborn home visits, conducts communicable disease case investigation and follow-up, staff's public health clinics, provides referrals and coordinates with other health department and partner agency programs and services. This is a part-time position (max 24 hours per week) schedule is flexibile and will be negotiated during interview process Selection procedure: Selection will be based on combination of relevant experience and ability as assessed by the leadership team.
