Shift Hours:

7:00 AM - 5:30 PM About the Role Southwoods Health is seeking a dedicated PACU RN to provide safe, direct, and high-quality post-anesthesia care. In this role, you will implement plans of care, administer medications, monitor patient recovery, and collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team.

Core Responsibilities Clinical Excellence:

Plan, deliver, and document safe, effective post-anesthesia patient care.

Patient Monitoring:

Monitor closely for changes in patient conditions and execute ordered clinical interventions.

Compliance & Privacy:

Maintain strict patient privacy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

Team Collaboration:

Communicate patient progress effectively to the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Resource Management:

Practice cost-effective resource management without compromising patient outcomes. What You'll Need (Qualifications)

License:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio (Required).

Certifications:

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association (Required).

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred).

Experience:

Prior experience in PACU, Critical Care, or the Emergency Room (Preferred).
