This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in an outpatient community health setting.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 1-hour unpaid lunch break No weekends or holidays

Responsibilities:

Conduct telephone and/or clinical triage assessments for patients. Evaluate symptoms and determine appropriate levels of care. Provide patient education and healthcare guidance. Coordinate care with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff. Document patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR). Assist with care management and patient follow-up as needed.

Requirements:

Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license. Previous triage, ambulatory care, primary care, or community health experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Experience utilizing EMR systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. #ITN1
