Requirements:
Current and active RN license Minimum of 1 year recent Rehab or Long-Term Care nursing experience BLS certification (required) Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to quickly acclimate to new teams, EHR systems, and patient protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and comprehensive nursing care to Rehab/LTC patients Administer medications and treatments according to physicians' orders and care plans Monitor patient progress, document findings, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families about ongoing care or recovery plans Adhere to facility policies, maintain a safe environment, and ensure high standards of care Why travel with us?
