Overview Snack'd is a fast-growing retail store offering viral snacks, international products, and trending items from around the world. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role goes beyond basic cashier responsibilities. You will play a key role in creating a fun, engaging shopping experience while actively recommending products and helping drive sales. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner Recommend products, promote deals, and assist customers with selections Upsell bundles, combos, and trending items to enhance the customer experience Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays Restock inventory and ensure shelves are fully merchandised Stay informed about products and current trends

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and high energy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take initiative Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Preferred Skills:

Sales or upselling experience Familiarity with social media trends (TikTok, Instagram) Ability to confidently recommend products to customers
