Registered Nurse - PRN Ohio Healthcare Plus - 5.0 Cincinnati, OH Job Details Part-time | PRN $50 - $70 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications Management RN License Care documentation Driver's License Full Job Description We are seeking a dependable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health care team. The RN will be responsible for completing patient assessments, developing and updating plans of care, performing supervisory visits, and helping ensure that clients receive safe, high-quality care in their homes. Responsibilities Complete initial nursing assessments and Start of Care visits Complete recertifications and Resumption of Care visits as needed Develop and update individualized Plans of Care Perform skilled nursing visits when required Complete supervisory visits for home health aides Monitor changes in clients' conditions and communicate concerns appropriately Coordinate with physicians, case managers, caregivers, and agency staff Ensure nursing documentation is accurate and completed timely Assist with maintaining compliance with agency policies and applicable state and federal requirements Qualifications Current and unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred Home health experience preferred Strong assessment and documentation skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to travel to clients' homes within the service area Dependable, professional, and able to work independently What We Offer Flexible scheduling Competitive pay Supportive office staff Flexible field-based work Opportunity to grow with an established home health care agency Apply today
