Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is a 65-bed facility located in beautiful East Palestine, OH. We are currently in search of a compassionate, motivated individual to join our team of healthcare professionals in the roles of PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN). At Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, we are committed to providing individualized, compassionate and innovative healthcare services that will inspire each Resident to achieve the full and meaningful life they desire.
