We are hiring for Day and Night Shift opportunities with flexible scheduling options including 3x12s and 4x12s at a competitive wage. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care, monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide a safe and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients. Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise individualized patient care plans. Monitor, document, and communicate patients' conditions and responses to treatment. Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and accurately. Carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning and care needs. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and recovery expectations. Collaborate with fellow caregivers to deliver a safe, comfortable, and positive patient experience.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required. Current Ohio RN License or Compact State RN License in hand at time of submission. Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN). Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required. Must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start. Minimum one year of current acute care RN experience or military RN experience. Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills. Must provide one recent manager, ANM, supervisor, director, or Charge RN reference from the specialty being applied for. Must successfully complete ECG Rhythm Recognition Testing and SafeMedicate Assessment during orientation. All start dates, scheduling information, and requested time off must be accurate and confirmed at the time of submission.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or willingness to obtain within three years. Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. Ability to perform medium-duty work, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally. Comfortable working in environments with potential exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids.

Day Shift:

3 x 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM

PM Night Shift:

3 x 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM

AM Night Shift:

4 x 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM
