Role:

As a PRN Nurse at the Geneva Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, you will join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. As a PRN Nurse, you will be available to work flexible shifts, including night shifts, to ensure our residents receive the best possible care 24/7.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols Assesses and evaluates the physical and emotional needs of our residents, developing personalized care plans to address their needs Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by our medical professionals Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes and concerns to the nursing team Participate in staff development and education programs to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
