Join our team at Greenfield Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation as a Registered Nurse (RN)! We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to provide high-quality care to our residents in a nursing home setting. As a key member of our team, you will deliver individualized care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, safe, and effective nursing care based on individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor patient/resident conditions and report changes to supervising nurses or physicians Document all care and observations accurately and timely in accordance with regulations Assist with wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, and other clinical procedures Supervise nursing assistants and ensure care standards are upheld Participate in care planning, team meetings, and shift reports
Requirements:
Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio Current valid hands-on CPR Certification Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for senior care and a commitment to excellence Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
