Are you a nurse who has a passion for wound care, treatments, and making a difference? We want YOU at Hillsboro Post Acute! We're looking for a Treatment Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team and help keep our residents healthy, comfortable, and thriving.

What You'll Do:

Provide and document treatments as ordered Perform wound care and dressing changes Monitor skin integrity and identify changes Complete accurate treatment documentation Communicate changes with the nursing team, physicians, and families Help prevent skin breakdown and promote healing Work closely with our interdisciplinary team

What We're Looking For:

LPN or RN Strong clinical and organizational skills Compassionate and dependable Wound care/treatment experience is a plus Long-term care experience is a plus
