Qualifications Valid RN license in good standing with current state registration. Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and infection control protocols. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner; proficiency in medical documentation is essential. Ability to perform IV insertions, venipuncture, catheter care, and other invasive nursing skills confidently. Critical care experience in ICU or trauma centers is highly desirable; familiarity with Level I or Level II trauma center standards is a plus.
