Referral Processing:

Gather complete clinical, demographic, and financial details for new patient referrals and accurately log orders into our system software.

Insurance & Payer Verification:

Identify payer sources, verify insurance coverage, and assist clinical field staff in obtaining visit authorizations.

Communication & Outreach:

Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital discharge planners, physicians, field clinicians, and patients.

Documentation:

Maintain meticulous, compliant patient records and uphold strict

HIPAA/PHI

confidentiality guidelines. What We Require (Qualifications):

Experience:

At least 1 year of intake experience in a home health environment (2+ years administrative home health experience preferred).

Knowledge:

Familiarity with Medicare coverage rules, home health regulations, and insurance verification process is a strong plus.

Skill Set:

Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and top-tier problem-solving ability in a high-volume setting.

Communication:
