Nightshift RN (Registered Nurse) -
Lebanon, Ohio Job Summary:
Cedarview Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nightshift RN (Registered Nurse) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Nightshift RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and excellent outcomes. Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans Administer medications, perform assessments, wound care, and ensure accurate documentation Monitor resident conditions and notify the physician of any changes Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to maintain excellent care standards Collaborate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN (Registered Nurse) license in the state of Ohio Nursing degree from an accredited program or college Current CPR certification Experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred
Key Skills:
Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities Knowledge of nursing practices and regulatory standards in long-term care Effective communication skills with residents, families, and staff Ability to lead, prioritize, and manage tasks efficiently $12,000 SIGN
