Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans Administer medications, perform assessments, wound care, and ensure accurate documentation Monitor resident conditions and notify the physician of any changes Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to maintain excellent care standards Collaborate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary care teamsQualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN (Registered Nurse) license in the state of Ohio Nursing degree from an accredited program or college Current CPR certification Experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferredKey Skills:
