As a Registered Nurse in the Rehab specialty, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for your patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing age-specific patient care using nursing processes Assisting in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff such as LPNs and Unit Secretaries Educating patients and families to prepare them for discharge Demonstrating flexibility with work schedule changes and fulfilling on-call requirements Floating to all units within your skill level as needed To be successful in this role, you must have: 1+ years of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) and/or Rehab settings Excellent customer service skills with the ability to exhibit patience and tact Cooperative and collaborative nature, especially in stressful situations Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) Active American Heart Association BLS certification Active Ohio or Compact RN License Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
