Hospice RN Case Manager Full-Time Schedules $2,500 Sign On Bonus Absolute Hospice is seeking an experienced, compassionate RN to join our hospice team! The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family; manage an interdisciplinary group and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice are, and, case manages all assigned patient clinical records.
