Full-Time | 3-4 Days/Week | Hourly + Bonus on Revenue Generated About the Practice Our aesthetic practice is a busy, expanding practice in Mentor, OH, owned and led by a nurse practitioner. We offer a full menu of injectable and device-based treatments, and we're growing quickly. We're looking for an experienced aesthetic provider who wants to grow alongside us, bring energy to a fast-paced environment, and build lasting patient relationships. The Opportunity As an Aesthetic Provider, you'll join a collaborative, hands-on team and take ownership of your own patient panel. This is a great fit for a provider who already has a following, enjoys a busy and evolving practice, and wants room to grow as the practice grows. What You'll Do Perform injectable treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators Provide laser and microneedling treatments Build and maintain strong, lasting patient relationships — bringing and growing your own patient base Design treatment plans based on thorough patient consultations Complete accurate charting and documentation for every patient visit Work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends as part of the team's round-robin coverage Stay current on products, protocols, and continuing education in aesthetics Contribute to a fun, team-oriented culture that's comfortable moving fast and adapting to change What It Takes to Excel in This Role You're coachable, adaptable, and ready to jump in — someone who thrives in a growing practice, brings a positive energy to the team, and takes real ownership of the patient experience without needing everything spelled out. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Active Ohio RN or NP license Minimum of 1+ years of injecting experience An established or transferable book of business — able to bring your own patients/clients Background in a medspa, plastic surgery, or dermatology setting Experience with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and microneedling Preferred (Bonus Points) Experience with biostimulators and laser treatments A team-first, no-drama attitude, with strong punctuality and follow-through Schedule This is a full-time role, 3-4 days per week. We're flexible on specific days and hours, but you'll need to be open to occasional evenings and some weekend shifts as part of the team's round-robin scheduling.
