Sunday:
8am -4pm Fulltime hours which is 40 hours per week Flexible scheduling based on patient needs Weekend Schedule available Job Responsibilities Infant pediatric care Seizure monitoring Total assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing Dressing Feeding Toileting Medication administration Mobility assistance and transfers Skilled Nursing Care Perform initial assessments, reassessments, and safety evaluations Deliver skilled nursing services including wound care, injections, infusions, and other treatments within RN scope of practice Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow infection control and safety protocols Case ManagementCare Coordination Develop and maintain individualized Plans of Care Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Support client admissions and transitions of care Ensure compliance with agency, state, federal, and Joint Commission standards Staff SupportSupervision Conduct supervisory visits and competency assessments Provide clinical guidance and education to caregivers and nursing staff Assist with orientation, skills validation, and ongoing training Support quality assurance and chart review activities Qualifications Required Current unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license Graduate of an accredited nursing program Minimum three (3) years of clinical nursing experience Minimum one (1) year of case management experience Current CPR certification Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and other pre-employment requirements Preferred Home health experience Healthcare management experience Pediatric nursing experience Experience supervising clinical staff Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull as required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation Why BrightStar Care?
