Supported by volunteers and patient care assistants, they respond immediately to a baby's every need, providing comfort and support at a crucial time of their development. Our nurses are also models for parents, coaching them through all aspects of caring for their baby. Requirements for all of our nursing positions: Must be at least 21 years old Must have active, unrestricted RN License in Ohio Every third weekend requirement (Saturday and Sunday) Must be able to work 12 hours shifts (7pm-730am) Holiday and hard-to-staff shift requirement Must pass BCI and FBI background checks
