Job Description
Country Court Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a locally and family-owned facility, is looking to increase our team. We are looking for a nurse, Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, to join our team. We are looking for a strong team player, good communication skills, compassionate, and a desire to care for our residents. Previous experience as an RN or LPN in long term care is a positive but is not a requirement. - Rate of Pay will be determined by license held Job Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Medication Administration
- Wound Treatment
- Documentation of Care Provided, Vitals, Medical Information in Point Click Care
- Supervision of CNAs
- Communication with Doctors, Family, Other Staff regarding Resident Care
- Perform resident assessments
- Assist with procedures such as IV insertion, wound care, and suture removal
- Assist with specimen collection
