Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation as needed Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Monitor patients' conditions, report changes, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
Level of Education:
Graduated from an accredited RN program (Bachelor's or Associate's degree)
License/Certification:
Active RN license in the state of Ohio; BLS certification
