Were currently seeking a dedicated Pre-Admission Testing Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Surgery Department at our Ontario location.
Position OverviewUnder the general supervision of the Surgery Nurse Manager, is responsible for seeing patients for Pre-Admission Testing (PAT) appointments or placing PAT phone calls, if appropriate, for patients scheduled for surgery prior to date of surgery for a pre-admission, medical, medication history, and review for appropriate lab, x-ray and/or other orders. Is responsible for implementing the policies and procedures of the Surgery Department to ensure the appropriateness of care for all patients.

QualificationsRequired:
Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.Current
BLS & ACLS
certifications.Preferred:
