Hello, Thank you for taking the time to read about the position available for my mother at her home in Pepper Pike. She is sweet and petite under 5' and 139 lbs. We are actively seeking a compassionate RN or LPN that will monitor her while she is sleeping, making sure her oxygen is in her nose at all times! We also, monitor her blood ox when awake and listening to her lungs, as she has heart failure and CKD. This is usually done while she is on the bedside commode. During the day she is active, watching TV shows, Family Feud and Americas Got Talent, and exercising too! Another enjoyable past time is watching the Guardians play! We help her out of bed by using the bed remote control that lifts the mattress and by putting a palm on the back of her shoulders; never by her hand, even if she reaches out for you to take it. During the day she ambulates with a walker. She is 98% continent and she does not wear hearing aides or have false teeth. Masks are required and we do supply them. We also require shoe coverings which we supply or house shoes which you can bring. Cameras are also visible throughout the home. A stethoscope and Bp cuff are also supplied. No pets in the home. Sleeping during this shift is not acceptable. TV remains off when she is asleep. Caretakers remain in the bedroom with the client during the night. There are generally 2 caregivers during a shift for the purpose of ease of scheduling. Pay is direct deposit and is weekly. Working 11pm-7am is an extra $3.00 per hour. 11pm-7am is $32.00 for an LPN and $35.00 for an RN Working outside of that shift is $29.00 LPN and $32.00 RN Tuesdays 11pm-7am is currently available with the opportunity weekly to pick up other various shifts.
