May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
