Wages depend on experience and are decided by the hiring manager during the interview. Sign-on bonus for PT is $5,000 and for FT is $10,000 Must be able to work every other weekend Registered Nurse (RN): Vancrest offers a rewarding work environment with an opportunity to enhance and make a difference in the lives of our residents. Our team strives for total resident satisfaction in everything they do.: Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Responsibilities include Implementing a resident care plan Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures delegating suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, provides guidance and supervision when necessary consulting with and validating data record pertinent information in the patient record identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care assuming responsibility for professional growth and development other duties as assigned by the director of nursing. Working leader•oversees and implements a resident plan of care Working leader•performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessment and evaluations Consulting with and validates data Recording pertinent information in the patient record Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development

Nursing License required
