We're looking for a full-time RN with strong wound care experience — wound certification preferred — who takes real pride in thorough assessment, thoughtful intervention, and consistent follow-through. Requirements Required:

Active Oklahoma RN license Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience Strong wound care experience (home health, hospice, SNF, or hospital) Reliable, consistent attendance and professional accountability Comfortable working independently in home settings Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strongly Preferred:

Wound Care Certification (WCC, WOCN, CWON, or similar) Home health experience Experience serving Veteran or geriatric populations Familiarity with Axxess EMR Schedule Full-time / Part-time

• Primarily daytime visits
