Description of Work:

Oklahoma Healthcare Solutions is looking for an RN for home health setting.

Qualifications:

Must be flexible and able to adjust to frequently changing tasks. Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse under the laws of the state of Oklahoma. Experience in home health preferred, but not required. Must have valid driver's license.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides clients/consumers with skilled nursing care or services within the established plan of care from the comfort of the clients own home. Assess client's/consumer's physical, psychological, social and environmental status. Evaluates client's home situations to determine appropriate health teaching information. Teaches, supervises and counsels clients/consumers regarding their care needs and related problems. Obtain and document verbal and/or written Physician's orders.
