Responsibilities Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for children from infancy through adolescence, respecting their developmental stages and individual needs. Advocate for patient needs and provide emotional support to patients and their families, educating them about the child's condition, treatment plans, and any home care instructions. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on children's status and progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to improve care planning and coordination.
