Friday Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of RNs providing home health services Supervise daily clinical operations, including case management and care coordination Guide and mentor nursing staff with evidence-based best practices Ensure adherence to clinical policies, federal/state regulations, and accreditation standards Evaluate performance, identify improvement areas, and facilitate ongoing educational opportunities for the nursing team Participate in interdisciplinary collaborations to maximize patient outcomes and satisfaction Monitor and address quality indicators, implementing process improvements as needed
