Public Health Nurse (Community Health Services)

Job Description

Join our team as a Public Health Nurse providing community-based care in Woodburn, OR! Offer prenatal, postpartum, and newborn assessments, health education, and care planning. Collaborate with healthcare providers and evaluate client needs through screenings and assessments. Conduct office and home visits, maintaining detailed documentation per guidelines. Mentor students and new staff, ensuring quality clinical practices. Qualifications include RN license, BLS certification, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and experience in parent-child nursing preferred.
