Starting at $52.50 depending on experienceRole Overview:
As a Hospice Admissions RN, you will: Conduct comprehensive assessments for new hospice patients. Communicate with Hospice Medical Director about hospice appropriateness Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families about hospice services. Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Oregon. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; hospice or palliative care experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
