1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced GI/Endoscopy RN for an ambulatory endoscopy center role requiring a PA or compact RN license and prior specialty experience. Details Ambulatory endoscopy center setting Performs endoscopic procedures including colonoscopy and EGD Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM No float requirement No on-call requirement No weekend requirement 13-week assignment length Requirements Active PA or compact RN license required BSN required BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 2 years of GI/endoscopy specialty experience required Experience starting peripheral IVs required Ambulatory OR experience preferred Colonoscopy and EGD experience preferred Valid state license or certification required at time of consideration Two valid professional references and copies of certifications required Additional Information Navy blue scrubs required First-time travelers accepted Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius at a different pay rate PA fingerprints required and must be completed within one week of contract signing Pass/fail clinical exam required for clearance, with a maximum of three attempts allowed Labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
