• 10:00 PM | +$1.25/hour Shift Differential 10:00 PM

BE THE NURSE WHO MAKES A DIFFERENCE

As an RN at Highland View, you're more than someone completing a medication pass or checking off a task. You're an important part of our residents' lives and a key member of our clinical team. You'll have the opportunity to: Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care Administer medications and treatments as ordered Assess and monitor residents for changes in condition Coordinate care with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team Communicate with residents and families with compassion and professionalism Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Support and guide members of the nursing team Help create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for our residents

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Compassionate and resident-focused approach to nursing Dependability and a team-first attitude Ability to perform the physical responsibilities of the position
