Job Summary for RN We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for Home Care (RN) to join our professional care team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent patient assessment skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional home healthcare services. As an RN in this role, you will coordinate and provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes through expert clinical judgment and compassionate support. Responsibilities of RN Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized care plans aligned with medical needs and patient preferences. Administer medications, including injections and IV infusions, following strict aseptic techniques and safety protocols. Monitor vital signs, perform physical examinations, and evaluate patient progress regularly. Provide specialized care such as wound suturing, ostomy care, catheterization, and ventilator management as required. Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and health maintenance strategies. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and appropriate interventions. Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications for RN Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the appropriate state or jurisdiction. Proven experience in home healthcare or related clinical settings such as critical care, hospital medicine, or long-term care environments. Experience with medical documentation standards. Strong clinical skills including IV insertion, feeding tube care, medication administration, sterile technique, and infection control practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
