Role Overview:

This position is for a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse specializing in pediatric medical/surgical care. The nurse will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, deliver direct patient treatments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families. Formulate and coordinate care plans, including education and discharge planning. Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures per policies. Evaluate patient responses and modify care plans accordingly. Collaborate with physicians, staff, and team members to meet patient needs. Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate from a nursing specialty training program, with clinical competency in pediatric care. The role requires flexibility in rotating day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to safety and teamwork.
