Epic Job Description:
Long Term Acute Care RN is responsible for the care of patients who required extended medical care. (LTAC) RN provides high-acuity care to critically ill or medically complex patients requiring long-term recovery (often 20-30 days). Key duties include managing ventilator weaning, complex wound care, and multi-system organ failure, while working with interdisciplinary teams, assessing patients daily, and educating families.
