Qualifications:

Valid RN license with good standing Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Minimum of 3 years' experience in pediatric nursing required Previous school nursing or related experience is beneficial Ability to thrive independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive evening nursing care to students, including medication administration, first aid, and management of chronic conditions Monitor and address acute and ongoing health concerns for students with complex needs Maintain accurate health records in compliance with school policies and regulatory standards Collaborate with parents, educators, and healthcare professionals to support optimal health and learning outcomes Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate care as needed Help develop individualized health plans and ensure best practices in infection control
