Essential Duties/Functions:
Provide medical support to preschool-aged children, some with significant disabilities and medical needs, attending the Approved Private School. Manage student documentation, providing appropriate medical care and medication administration, as well as coordinating with staff in the program. Administer first aid and illness assessment, emergency care when needed, administering medications, completing feedings and other medically necessary procedures. Consult with staff members as well as administration, coordinating with private duty nurses, maintaining medical records, assisting families with medical questions and medical documentation needed, and other duties as needed. Communicate with other staff, students and parents to address any medical or safety concerns.

Job Requirements:
Pennsylvania RN or LPN license required. Experience in seizure management as well as experience with all aspects of tube feeding required. Prior work experience with children with special needs preferred. School-based experience a plus. Adult, Child, & Infant CPR and First Aid Certifications required. Excellent documentation as well as written and verbal communication skills required. Complete all clearances as required.
