Overview We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes and oversee individualized care plans. Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and develop care plans Provide skilled nursing care and patient education Administer medications and treatments Coordinate with physicians and care team Complete accurate documentation Qualifications Active PA RN license CPR certification Reliable transportation Home health experience preferred (not required) What's in it for you?
