Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Supervise and support LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions and emergencies. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Qualifications Current and active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
