Role:

Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering patient care according to established standards, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Key Duties:

Provide direct patient care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures. Conduct assessments within scope of practice and unit standards. Address patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs throughout care. Develop and coordinate care plans, including patient education and discharge planning, in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members. Evaluate nursing interventions and modify care plans based on patient responses. Collaborate with physicians and team members, delegating tasks based on skill and patient needs. Participate in decision-making, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice. Promote teamwork, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Support organizational goals related to quality, safety, and professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate from a recognized nursing training program, with the ability to work in a clinical environment, demonstrating teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills. Prior healthcare experience preferred.
