Role:

Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities include:

Performing assessments and addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families. Formulating and coordinating care plans, including patient education and discharge planning. Providing direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures. Evaluating intervention effectiveness and adjusting care plans accordingly. Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs. Troubleshooting equipment and participating in evidence-based practice decisions. Actively engaging in quality, safety, and departmental improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (required). Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Commitment to patient safety and quality care standards.
