Shift:

11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 2 openings Sthenos Technologies is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for contract assignments at South Mountain Restoration Center, a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania facility. South Mountain Restoration Center serves residents with complex medical, behavioral health, and psychosocial needs. The population may include residents requiring skilled nursing care, individuals with behavioral health diagnoses, dementia or cognitive impairment, chronic medical conditions, and individuals transitioning from other state-operated programs. Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care to assigned residents Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition Administer medications and prescribed treatments Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans Maintain accurate clinical and electronic medical records Coordinate nursing care with physicians and interdisciplinary treatment teams Perform required nursing procedures including medication administration, wound care, catheter care, oxygen therapy, glucometer testing, neurological checks, and related clinical procedures Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and medical emergencies Follow infection-control, safety, and facility procedures Maintain reliable attendance and consistent shift coverage The underlying RN specifications include professional nursing care, care-plan development, clinical documentation, medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, neurological checks, and other nursing competencies.

Pay:

$46.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
