Job Description

Sthenos Technologies is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for contract assignments at the OMHSAS - South Mountain Restoration Center, Pennsylvania. The CNA will provide direct resident-care support and assist licensed nursing staff with daily care needs. Responsibilities Provide assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding Assist residents with mobility, positioning, and transfers Monitor residents and report changes in condition Take and document vital signs when assigned Support rehabilitation and recreational activities Maintain resident dignity and privacy Follow individual care plans Maintain safe and sanitary resident environments Work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff Follow all infection-control and safety requirements Requirements Active Pennsylvania CNA certification High school diploma or equivalent Prior geriatric, skilled nursing, veterans care, or direct-care experience preferred Reliable transportation Ability to meet credentialing requirements
