This position provides skilled nursing care in a long term care setting, ensuring that residents receive safe and appropriate treatment. The role requires careful assessment, teamwork, and a commitment to high quality service. As a Registered Nurse, you will perform the following duties:Resident Assessment:
Evaluate resident conditions and determine care needs based on ongoing observationsCare Coordination:
Organize and guide nursing interventions and collaborate with interdisciplinary team membersMedication Oversight:
Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring resident responsesStaff Guidance:
Support and direct non professional nursing staff through instruction and on the job trainingDocumentation Accuracy:
Prepare clear written and oral reports to support communication and complianceSafety Practices:

Full-time employment. Work hours are 2nd shift (2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, 30-minute lunch) or 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, no lunch). Rotating on and off duty days including weekends and holidays. Rotation includes every other weekend off. Overtime and travel as needed.FREE PARKING!

Necessary Special Requirements:
This position requires active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania. All employees possessing an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.Other Requirements:
PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title. If you are within 60 days of graduating from a school of nursing approved by the State Board of Nursing, you are eligible to apply for this job posting. At the time of appointment to a position, you must show proof of possession of a current, valid PA temporary practice permit or PA Registered Nurse license. You must be able to perform essential job functions.Legal Requirements:
