Tier 1 - W-2

Employee:

$55.00/hour Includes medical benefits, workers' compensation, unemployment coverage, employer tax withholding, and dedicated staffing support. Tier 2 - W-2

Employee:

$59.00/hour Includes workers' compensation, unemployment coverage, and employer tax withholding. 1099

Independent Contractor:

$62.00/hour no coverage

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care and treatment to residents. Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, IV therapy, oxygen therapy, and treatments. Respond to medical emergencies. Supervise nursing staff when assigned as Charge Nurse. Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Maintain EMR documentation. Participate in infection control and quality improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current unrestricted Pennsylvania RN license or Temporary Practice Permit. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. EMR documentation skills. Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
