We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help service Dallas & East of Dallas including Garland, Mesquite, Balch Springs, Seagoville, and surrounding areas. Highlights Hybrid schedule with biweekly rotation Alternating weekly structure:

Week A:

2 in-home days, 3 telemedicine days

Week B:
